About me

Geraldine Payne.jpg

My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have unique strengths to be fully leveraged, and that meaningful change begins with clarity on what matters most.

I work with individuals navigating career transitions and those looking to enhance their leadership, and with teams and organisations looking to build a strengths-based culture that drives engagement and performance.

I recognise the gap that can exist between where you are and where you want to be—whether as an individual in your career and life, or as a team seeking to work together more effectively—and I work with you to bridge that gap with focus and intention.

Whether you are an individual looking to take the next step or a leader wanting to develop your team, I help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How I work

With individuals, I create a supportive, empowering space where you can think things through, challenge yourself, and develop a plan that works for you. I'll help you identify your strengths, build your confidence, and develop the powerful mindset and tools to keep moving forward.

With teams, I deliver strengths development programmes that help your people understand each other better, work together more effectively, and achieve greater results. I combine individual coaching with team workshops to create lasting change in how your team operates.

Whether working one-to-one or with a team, I bring genuine care, practical support, and a deep belief in what you're capable of.
